Chester Lavester Banks

I came to Banks & Associates after being involved in an automobile accident. I had no idea what to do, what to say to the insurance company, where to go and get my vehicle repaired, or even the telephone of the insurance company that was responsible for my injuries. In dealing with Banks & Associates...' staff including his paralegal in charge of personal injury, I not only had my medical bills paid but received why I believe to be fair compensation for my pain and suffering. I will never go to another attorney. I recommend that anyone involved in an automobile accident go to Banks & Associates! Top notch service!!!

You can be a good Christian but awful at your job. He completely gave us terrible advise and was awful in court, awful is being nice. He mumbled the Judge had to tell him to speak up. He called my daughter by the wrong name, he had no clue what he was doing, the other attny chewed him up and spit h...im out. Afterwards he said that went well and I had to remind him we lost. We had to hire another attny to try to undo what he did. Again you can be a good Christian but terrible at your job. I regret the day we hired him.

PLEASE READ! Do not under any circumstance go to see Mr. Banks. I was given a referral through my employee benefit program for Mr. Banks and his services. He cancelled on me the day of the appointment. I rescheduled, then had me on hold for my rescheduled appointment for 10-20 minutes before I cal...led it quits. Both days, my wife and I moved things around to accommodate his schedule. Him and his staff are completely unprofessional. Not a care in the world with no sense of service. I am submitting a complaint through my employee assistance program and wish everything but to have another client be treated with such disregard.

I was going thru a divorce and hired Mr. Banks to represent me. He forgot to include one of the cars that I paid off while we were married so my wife got to keep it. He also charged me $6,000 dollars for work he allegedly performed less than two weeks after retaining his services. By the time my divo...rce was complete, I had paid almost $8,000 dollars, got no custody of our 13 year old daughter, and was ordered to pay over $500 dollars a month in child support. Afterwards, While standing outside of the court room trying to figure out what just happened, Mr. Banks walked up and told me that he thought that went well...! Two weeks later I receive a bill from Mr. Banks stating I still owed him $1,300 dollars. Still upset, I reviewed all of the invoices and realized that I had actually overpaid him. This man had the audacity to tell me that they made an accounting error and I still owed him the $1,300!!! I politely told him to take me to court and hung up. I never received another phone call from Mr. Banks. There is not a rating low enough that I could give this man.
