Deborah Nelson Arthur

Deborah was the absolute best choice I made in this awful process of bankruptcy. At no point did she make me feel bad, but talked to me in a way that made me feel good about my decision; calming my fears and easing the pain. She held my hand through the whole process, making it clear what documen...ts were needed and constantly explaining the process. On the big day in front of the clerk, she was by my side, making sure everything was taken care of. I only needed to bring my IDs, along with my trust in her. It was truly a blessing for me to find Deborah Arthur during my lawyer search. She was able to set me at ease with her warm demeanor, and is very passionate about her vocation. When we had our meeting of the Creditors (341 Meeting), which is part of the Bankruptcy process. We had the opportunity to listen to the other cases and it almost seem that the other lawyers and clients were disorganized. This actually led to a few cases needing to be rescheduled. I realized at that point the reason why Deborah made sure she had everything in before our case and that we had everything checked off a week before our case was going to be presented to the trustee. When our case was called up the Trustee immediately thank Deborah for having everything in and being so organized. The Trustee asked me a few questions and I was done!
