Biography
My practice focuses on trusts and estates, probate administration, and tax matters. I advise individuals and families on all aspects of trusts and estates, including estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning, charitable giving, fiduciary responsibilities, and trust and estate administration.
During law school I was law clerk to the Honorable Edward L. Hogshire, Charlottesville Circuit Court; Executive Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law; and student representative to the American Bar Association. I also participated in UVA’s Employment Law Clinic where I provided pro bono legal representation for individuals in Virginia.
Outside of my practice, I volunteer with Wills on Wheels, a free service to help eligible low-income Fairfax County residents prepare life-planning documents such as wills, advance health care directives (living wills), and powers of attorney.
