Ms. Swinton is an excellent attorney. She was able to negotiate a reckless driving charge to improper driving. We are very thankful. She is very responsive and continued communication throughout the process.

An Outstanding Attorney!!

I contacted Ms Kiara Swinton after she was referred to me by another Attorney and I had no doubt in my mind that she was the perfect Attorney for my case. I was charged with a DWI (1st Offense) and Breath Refusal. Her procedures were very straightforward and her communication was excellent. During my... consultation, she carefully listened to what I had to say and told me exactly what I needed to know and do next. I then followed her advice and instructions throughout the process. She was very professional and paid attention to every detail. She made me aware of every discovery, updates and possible outcomes about my case in a very timely manner. Finally, her performance in the courtroom was phenomenal. She actually went above and beyond to present a very good argument for my case and in conclusion the Breath Refusal charge was dropped and I was found not guilty for the DWI (1st Offense) charge. I cannot be more thankful for the wonderful service I received from Ms Kiara Swinton's lawfirm and I must say I am more than satisfied I hired her as my Attorney. I Can’t Make This Up

Attorney Ms. K Swinton represented me on very serious felony chargers including firarms charges. This was realistically a very scary time in my life, becuase i was facing up to 10 yeara minimum madatory time, if convicted( Not Including Violating Probation ). Ms. Swinton was sure to keep in contact... with me and my family even while I was waiting to be released on bond. She was sure to delieverevery piece of discovery immediately & we also discussed and strategized every option throughout this case. Ms.Swinton literally put her best effort forward and she didnt let us down. With hiring her as my attorney , I was able to get ALL FELONY CHARGES DROPPED and i was blessed to walk away from these charges without any mandatory minimum time and only one misdemeanor charge. If you’re in Northern Va and you need a lawyer , I strongly suggest Ms. Swinton , She Will Not Let You Down !!l

Precision and Compassion

Highly Reccomend

Ms. Swinton represented me recently in Fairfax County where I was facing 2 felonies and 4 misdemeanor charges ( 5 possession and 1 obstruction of justice. She helped get 5 charges null processed, allow me to pick which felony to be charged with (between heroin or marijuana), and get the court to all...ow me to use my first offenders disposition for a second time. She went above and beyond coming with me to Prince William County Court and working with the DA there to get my first offenders back. She was clear and concise when explaining everything and made me feel at ease with the process. I highly recommend her to anyone fighting criminal charges.
