Ms. Kiara Swinton represented me in a shoplifting case in Arlington, Virginia, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Money Well Spent!

Ms. Swinton worked a miracle on my traffic offense. Reckless driving in VA comes with serious ramifications. It is a nerve-wracking experience knowing that my license could be in jeopardy or I can possibly face jail time. Ms.Swinton was very clear, professional, and thorough with her plan. She gave m...e realistic expectations and vowed to do whatever it took to get my offense dismissed or reduced. The lawyer for DUI and DWI cases!

I was facing my first ever Driving Under the Influence charge with drugs misdemeanor in Fairfax County, Virginia when I was frantically searching for an accommodative, fair priced, yet COMMENDABLE lawyer when I stumbled upon lawyer Kiara Swinton. From the beginning I was struggling with hiring a lawy...er as most lawyers were not only way out of my budget but they also required a credit card, but lawyer Swinton was very accommodative and accepted cash (whatever worked best for the client) as well as giving me a fair quote that eased some of my frustration. She was honest from the beginning as she explained what could not go in my favor, but also explained what she could do to help this first offense DWI brought down. Low and behold, on the day of my trial she negotiated favorably on my behalf with the prosecutor that I went from possibly facing a misdemeanor; DWI in the Common Wealth of Virginia (losing my license and much more unpleasant consequences one could think of) to getting a mere traffic infraction of Improper Driving (like a speeding ticket!). I walked out with everything dropped and most importantly to me, a free mind about my future. With this success story, if you ever find yourself in a situation like mine, lawyer Kiara Swinton would be the first and only lawyer I would call! I hope this helps out someone. Side note: Before hiring lawyer Swinton I picked up a bench warrant for my arrest for failure to appear in court which she also got tossed out very easily for me.
