Professional, Attentive, and Highly Effective

She saved my life

I was falsely accused of assault and battery and Attorney Swinton came to the rescue.Things where looking tough for me but her efficiency proved there are still good lawyers out there.One of the best lawyers in town

Incredible Services

Ms. Kiara Swinton is truly the best there is. She handled my reckless driving case with swift expertise. Loudon County is notorious for being hard on reckless driving cases, but she amended my charges from "reckless driving" to "failure to obey a highway sign!" With the charges being reduced from a m...isdemeanor to an infraction, my stress about the consequences melted away. I went from possibly facing jail time, points on my license, or more, to having to pay a $100 fine and court fees. I still learned my lesson though! I won't be driving 70 in a 40 again. But thank you so much, Ms. Swinton. Without your guidance, I would've freaked out, but you kept me calm, accountable for my part in the case, and you were always a resource for any questions or concerns. Talented

I hired Attorney Swinton for a first time DUI in the city of Alexandria. She is very direct, and conscious of case prep and follow through. I would positively recommend her as counsel. She was able to have my case DISMISSED.
