Exceptional attorney

I had a reckless driving ticket in which I had to attend the court. Mrs. Swinton’s unique knowledge, talent, thorough awareness, and exceptional handling of the case have turned the ticket to speeding with minor fine. I would recommend her for such cases. THE BEST

Hand down one of the best lawyers in Virginia. My case was very difficult and she handled it perfectly. My case was dismissed and she guided me on how to remove it from my record. 10/10 would recommend. She will make you feel safe and secure!

Outstanding lawyer

I highly recommend Kiara Swinton for any traffic-related tickets. Kiara was extremely professional and far exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous about my ticket, but Kiara immediately made me feel at ease, and was very good about explaining my options and the possible outcomes. I want to express my sincere and absolute gratitude for the exceptional work that Ms. Kiara Swinton, Attorney at PRICE BENOWITZ LLP completed for my case. From the moment I spoke with Kiara, I knew I was in great hands. I was nervous and uncertain as to what might happen or if a lawyer could help me ...in that situation. Kiara put all those concerns to rest. She immediately demonstrated her encyclopedic knowledge of the laws and how they applied in my situation. Furthermore, she explained the details of my offense, what the penalties of it were and how she may be able to help. I was particularly impressed with her knowledge of the Fairfax County Court System along with the prosecutors and judges. Kiara expertly and with meticulous detail laid out all of my options including whether pay the fine, represent myself, or hire a lawyer to represent me. I expressed my concerns that perhaps there was not much that a lawyer could do since my case was not a reckless driving. Kiara explained with strong confidence that she might get the offense reduced to something that would not affect my record. Moreover, she made it crystal clear that there are no guarantees and that her efforts could get rejected by the Court. After listening to Kiara, I agreed to hire her as my lawyer and I am very glad that I did. She significantly exceeded all my expectations by getting the offense reduced to a County violation that will not show up on my DMV record keeping it intact. What more can clients ask of their attorney? Not much at all! When anyone speaks with Kiara, it is very evident that she is exceedingly knowledgeable, has outstanding skills, and effectively demonstrates confidence.
