After getting a ticket for going over 80 mph on the Dulles Toll Road in VA, which is a major offense in that state, a friend recommended I contact and retain Dave to represent me in this case. I cannot be happier that I listened to my friend. Dave was very easy to work with: he explained the charges,... told me what I would need to do, and about all the potential outcomes. He was also helpful when I told him that I would not be able to attend my hearing date as I would be out of the country at that time. Got a “driving too fast for condition” I’m from out of state. Was amazed that Virginia allowes law enforcement officials to determine a criminal charge based on what I see as purely emotion. They can issue this type of ticket even if you are going under the posted speed limit. Needless to say- I n...eeded a Lawyer! David was a referral. I received my second reckless ticket within six months and after the first conviction I went to juvie for some time. With this second ticket in my corner I knew I needed help or else I would stuck and undoubtedly thrown back into juvie. I was going 51 in a 30, since it was barely a reckless Mr. Albo ...was able to help me get out of the reckless conviction and turning it into a plain speeding ticket. Also no license suspension at all in court.
