I was face Public Intoxication with a concealed weapon (misdemeanor, although still had me with nerves). The accusation was false against me to the point of my 4th amendment right being violated. The police conveniently only wrote what would work in his favor (not surprising). The arresting officer ...and prosecution tried to offer me a guilty plea , with forfeiting my Firearm. Which was a trash , unfair deal and also gave off a sense of improper justice. Mr. Colbert knew so , but nonetheless had to let me know what they wanted to offer. We were already set on going to Trial. Mr. Colbert tried speaking with the arresting officer to give him a chance to work it out properly. His arrogance unfortunately showed , so we Fought. And Blessings to Mr. Colbert , the Honorable Judge hearing my case, alongside Gods Blessings. We prevailed and Won at Trial. Mr. Colbert wasn’t a Small penny but was worth everything I gave him! I Will gladly (although God willing won’t need to) do it again and choose him to represent me. I highly recommend him for his Skills and the determination he dedicated to my case. As always our council can only help us as much as we initially help ourselves before we give them the call. Do what you can to keep yourself from incrimination.We Have Rights!
