Not Recommended
I'm not sure about how to put this across delicately.. To begin with, I would never recommend Ms Sharma's legal services for immigration to any of my friends or Family. We hired Bandita, towards the end of our Visa processing from India, when we had to Submit the Affidavit of support for me.. ...
Thank you for taking time to write a review for me. I apologize that you feel that you had a bad experience with my representation after the finalization of your consular processing. However, I represented your wife to submit the affidavit of support in your case which was complete and accepted. My representation was not to you. I do not want to go into the detail for your case because it would not be ethical. However, you have to understand NVC/ USCIS and each consulate have their specific way of reviewing the case. In your case the delay was three months I certainly understand that could be frustrating however some of my clients wait for years and are still thankful to be reunited with their family. Another important aspect that USCIS always emphasize is never to give up job until the visa is finalize, in your case you say the job was waiting for you and potential employer decided to hire someone else.....it can't be my fault, can it? One very important issue that you mentioned is when problem arose you decided not to communicate with the attorney. I or no attorney can help if the client does not communicate the issue. In spite of the fact attorney trying to reach you. If not for anything else I am always admired by my client for being communicative and reachable. Your spending money on hotel and flight is the fact your consulate is in different city. Last but not the least I am so happy you will be able to come to your wife who has worked so hard to bring you. Good wishes and if you need I would like to discuss this matter with you to see what we can do to address your concerns. Please feel free to contact me personally to discuss this issue. :)

Latter, I had applied for green card through my wife and was denied in 2008. In these years I have met and counseled with dozen of experienced and very expensive immigration ...
