Trust worthy and result oriented lawyer

After consulting with several lawyers (who were unresponsive and unprofessional dealing with the potential client), we were hopeless. On the recommendation from friend, we approached, Ms. Bandita. After having a first conversation over the phone, I realized that she is the one whom I can trust and r...ely for processing immigrant visa. The result is here; now, I along with my family have migrated to the USA within a short span of time of processing. Why Ms. Bandita? - Her expertise in US immigration service and nationality matters - Her ability to make sure that every detail was taken care of properly. - She never tried to sugar coat anything for me. If there was any kind of trouble, she would let me know what the trouble was and what our options were. - She took good care of my case and helped me through every steps without making me go nuts. - She is honest, reliable and responsible. - Her dealing ability with the client is exceptional. She always treated me in a friendly manner and I always felt very much comfortable in dealing with her. She is humble and polite (most of the lawyers do possess the bossy character). After my case was approved, some of my friends asked me about the lawyer and I recommended Ms. Bandita. Now, most of them are with me in The United States with their immigrant visas (green card) in the pocket. Trust me you could be one of them.

Successfully processed LPR

We hired Bandita Sharma-Dahal to process our LPR which had been taking too long , to come to a conclusion. We dealt with many lawyers before stumbling on to her and were left disappointed. Bandita took over the case and handled it in an extraordinary way. She was very meticulous and make sure nothing... went unchecked and helped us identify the problems with our case. She kept us well informed and at no time did we feel left out during the whole process. She is very hard working and takes care of her clients. We were impressed with her work ethic. Thank you Bandita Sharma-Dahal.

Not Recommended

I'm not sure about how to put this across delicately.. To begin with, I would never recommend Ms Sharma's legal services for immigration to any of my friends or Family. We hired Bandita, towards the end of our Visa processing from India, when we had to Submit the Affidavit of support for me.. ...And almost nothing went right ever since. For starters the first copy of AOS submitted by Bandita to NVC. contained significant amount of errors, and was returned hence causing a delay of a month plus. After this the second one went through with little trouble and I finally got my Interview appointment. The travel.state.gov website mentioned about getting the biometrics ( finger printing) done at least a day before the interview date. When we checked with Bandita about this, she advices us it will be done along with the interview.. But it wasn't .. I was not allowed into the consulate without completion of the Biometrics. It doesn't end there.. The letter from NVC asked me to submit a Police clearance certificate whilst the interview.. We were not sure about this, since we have already submitted a police clearance certificate along with the AOS.. When we consulted Bandita, she advices there is no need to get another set of police clearance certificates. However when I finally managed to get another slot for the interview, I was told by the Consulate officer that the certificate is a mandate even for the interview.. And was issued a 221g ( visa refused because of lack of documentation).. This time I decided not to go back for consultation to our lawyer again.. The consular officer was very kind and she gave me all the required steps to get my visa processed. After submitting the documents as advised by the consulate officer, I got my Visa approved in less than a weeks time. As I said I do not know how to put this across delicately.. But it seems for us, that we hired Bandita to delay my visa by 3 months, loose a potential job offer, and spend 1000s of dollars on hotels and flight

Thank you for taking time to write a review for me. I apologize that you feel that you had a bad experience with my representation after the finalization of your consular processing. However, I represented your wife to submit the affidavit of support in your case which was complete and accepted. My representation was not to you. I do not want to go into the detail for your case because it would not be ethical. However, you have to understand NVC/ USCIS and each consulate have their specific way of reviewing the case. In your case the delay was three months I certainly understand that could be frustrating however some of my clients wait for years and are still thankful to be reunited with their family. Another important aspect that USCIS always emphasize is never to give up job until the visa is finalize, in your case you say the job was waiting for you and potential employer decided to hire someone else.....it can't be my fault, can it? One very important issue that you mentioned is when problem arose you decided not to communicate with the attorney. I or no attorney can help if the client does not communicate the issue. In spite of the fact attorney trying to reach you. If not for anything else I am always admired by my client for being communicative and reachable. Your spending money on hotel and flight is the fact your consulate is in different city. Last but not the least I am so happy you will be able to come to your wife who has worked so hard to bring you. Good wishes and if you need I would like to discuss this matter with you to see what we can do to address your concerns. Please feel free to contact me personally to discuss this issue. :)
