Biography
Carolina T. Curbelo is the daughter of Cuban refugees, and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Her immigration practice includes Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) Cases for abandoned, neglected and abused children in the U.S., asylum or withholding cases, and a wide variety of other immigration matters in and out of immigration court. Ms. Curbelo also has experience representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions and guardianship matters. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), The Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, and The New Jersey State Bar Association.
