Biography
In my immigration practice, I work with deserving individuals and families to help them reach their immigration goals in the United States. Whether that goal is to reunite with loved ones, escape persecution, or fulfill professional dreams, my extensive experience makes the immigration process faster and easier. I also work with companies, academic and non-academic organizations, and non-profits to help them acquire the highly-skilled foreign national workers they need.
In the areas of corporate and franchise law, I utilize a common sense, “can-do” approach to issues, particularly as the law relates to clients' business strategy and development. My prior work as an attorney at LeClairRyan, a nationally respected business law firm, allows me to provide sound, practical legal advice to large, established corporations and small businesses in a variety of industries.

Our firm policy in all cases is to contact USCIS, the Department of State and the designated congressional representative regarding the reason for termination of a petition after approval. Further, no additional fees are ever charged for any extra work in a legal matter. Additional cases, however, are billed separately. Due to time zone differences, our policy is to answer emails received overnight from international clients the next business day. We understand your frustration, as the immigration process and long waiting times can be very stressful. Regardless, our goal is to ensure that every client feels respected and trusts that we are dedicated to getting the best result in their case.
