Mark Roman Dycio

Mark Dycio, Esq. used to be well know as a very effective defense attorney. However, over the past few years many of his clients have received inferior representation from him and have gone elsewhere, myself included. He offs his cases now to his junior lawyers and pushes clients to accept the first ...plea bargain he gets whereas in the past he would have fought tooth and nail for a dismissal. He just no longer has any real fight left in him. The last time I used him I was quoted one rate but when the bill arrived it was not what he said it would be but rather a considerable amount more. When I asked him about it HE LIED and said he told me what it would be when he said no such thing. I've since used another lawyer for representation and the difference was apparent right away in both billing and the fight to win the case. I wish I had reviews like this one to rely on before I used Dycio in the first place. I certainly know better now.

Mark represented me for a first time DUI. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident. He's not going to coddle you through the process, but if you care about results, he is DEFINITELY your man. Offer was on the table to drop down the DUI to ensure no jail time, but he was adamant that he could ge...t it dismissed (even though I thought it was a pretty open and shut case). With a flat fee, I would have thought he would have just recommended taking the deal and being done with it, but he was committed to getting it dismissed. And about 3 minutes into the trial he did just that! Lifesaver. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Hired Mark Dycio for my dwi charge first offense. I had crashed and totaled my car into a fire hydrant and blew a .17 also I am under the legal age to drink. All the other lawyers I talked to made it seem as though there was no way I could get off with it, I could only get it minimized. When I talked... to Mark he clearly stated it could go one way which I would be charged and have the interlock installed in my car, take asap classes, pay a fine, license suspended for a year, and five days in jail. Or the other way I could go I would be able to get not charged at all. I decided I would rather risk all of that for the possibility to get off. He doesn't keep you as update as you may like because hes very busy but it is so worth it. He maybe a little more expensive than other lawyers but he was able to give me a payment plan so I didn't have to pay it all at once. He got my charge completely dismissed and I wasn't charged with anything! He is the best person to hire if you have a dui/dwi.
