Extremely satisfied with her representation

Karen Riley Porter is the best Attorney that has represented me for my trial. I have been very satisfied with amount of work she put in within a very short period of time to represent me at my trial. The level of professionalism, self belief, and the time she spent communicating about any questions... while preparing, investigating and going through each detail along with her superior knowledge of law was truly satisfying for me to gain confidence to prove my innocence even with the odds were totally against my favor. Regardless of the outcome, In my eyes, I know she has proven my actions were justifiable. I want to sincerely thank her and her team to finally bringing a closure that I have sought for year and half. I can finally leave it all behind me and move on to do greater things. She worked very hard for my case. Me and my family have known her to be very passionate about her work in turning the case in her client's favor or getting the best plea deal possible. Within my experience, I have seen many trials in my previous line of work and I can proudly claim that she is the best attorney that has represented me comparing to what I have seen on different trials.

Intoxication in Public

I was out of town in Arlington County, VA and was arrested for the alleged offense of "Intoxicatation in Public". After being released, I had to go back home out of the state. It was going to be nearly impossible for me to make it to my initial appearance. I immediately searched the internet for the ...right attorney to help with this dilemma. I searched for hours until I came across Karin Riley Porter, Attorney at Law. I was totally impressed by her reviews so I contacted her for a consultation. Karin was extremely personable and showed a genuine interest in my case. She took her time explaining all of the possible outcomes and drafted a possible plan of action to represent me in my absence. She did all of this before I even retained her. At that point I felt I had found the person I was looking for and hired her. We went over the plan of action again in detail and we both went to work on my case. Yes you read that correctly, I also went to work on this case. Karin layed out all of the things I could do in the mean time to better my position in this case. We kept great communication throughout the process and there was never a moment where I felt uninformed. Even though she had other clients, Karin and her assistant Sarah always found time for me. They made me feel like my case was a personal interest of theirs. Karin was super confident the entire time. She was realistic, honest, and never gave me any false promises. She was also very knowledgeable and I could tell she had a tremendous amount of experience. After her tireless efforts, she helped me reach the best possible outcome. There were other outcomes some attorneys might have settled for but she instead chose not to give up until she reached the best possible disposition. She literally fought an uphill battle and came out triumphant. I truly thank her for everything she did. Her hard work helped restore many damages caused by the arrest. Though I don't plan on putting myself in a position to require her assistance, I would definitely use her services again. Thank you again.

Simply the Best

Karin Porter is the best!! She handled my case with confidence and provided a crystal clear path for what was needed to be get the best outcome right from the beginning. Karin and her staff handled every aspect of my case with professionalism and excellent client servicing too. I expected a good ...outcome but Karin's expertise got me so much more. Great Experience

Ms. Porter worked with me on my DWI charge from day one. She provided guidance starting from the time I called as I was being released the morning after the arrest through my appearance before the Judge. She explained the seriousness of the charge and the sentencing guidelines if found guilty. She he...lped me plan everything I needed to do before court. By not setting unrealistic expectations, I was able to better focus on preparing for the worst case scenario. By following her guidance, I was able to have everything in place prior to the Court Date. This preparation helped present me to the Prosecutor in a much better light. Her guidance and her being available anytime I had a question, reduced my level of anxiety. She was able to have my charge reduced which is helping me get on with my life. I feel that she not only took an interest in the case but also in me. She helped me through a very difficult situation.
