I have had plenty of experience with many different attorneys and this was by far the WORST one I have ever dealt with. LATE TO COURT, overcharges, pompous ( and for no reason-it's not like he's good)...He took a divorce case with my father whom has cognitive issues, which he was aware of and didn't... refer him to an attorney that specializes in divorces. He saw it as easy money, fast and no work. Don't hire this guy....He also was hired for petty traffic stuff and did nothing but overcharge and still had a ton of fines...worst money ever spent

I’ve been told Mr Daniel is a great criminal defense attorney, but for divorce and separation please do not risk your future with this arrogant, unprepared kid. He assured me over and over again that my case was a slam dunk, but he did not take my case seriously and was not prepared. He did not eve...n enter into evidence the stacks of written evidence I had against my ex. not only did I lose my child, but ended up paying $$$$ in support I racked up a $20,000 bill for nothing. I would had done better going pro se.

I would not recommend Mr.Daniel. I was referred to him by a friend but I wish I had gone elsewhere. Mr.Daniel continuously assured me that he had everything he needed for a favorable deal for me the day of court, but the day of my hearing I realized he hadn't really done all the homework needed to he...lp my cause.

Unprofessional, sloppy, excuse-driven. Do you like unreturned phone calls? Questionable ethics? "Oh-yeah-I-forgot-to-tell-you"s? Try these guys. Tops in all 3 categories. After paying them nearly $1000, I fired them and tried someone new. Best decision of my life. Attorneys Justin Daniel & Jonathan W...oodward were like a bad comedy team. Young, tongue-tied, cheesy, sleazy and clearly inexperienced, they could not talk convincingly to magistrates or other lawyers. They acted like schoolboys in front of the principal, afraid to speak and acting ditzy. "Uh yeah, like I was saying..." came out of their mouths at every corner. They were quite unprepared, dim-witted and ineffectual. Avoid them.
