I am so thankful that we found Jackie. She was so patient and helpful. She helped reassure us through Trump, Covid, and my wife's biometrics appointment getting cancelled due to snow. For my husband's green card we were undecided whether to do it ourselves or not. There were times that she did not respond very quickly to my emails, but it is a small, hands on firm- so be patient!
