Consumers be aware, Do not hire Mr. Clarke for any matters pertaining too business or employment. Mr. Clarke Previously took on a complex business case for a now deceased relative in which he lacked experience pertaining to how the IRS operates and questioned his clients integrity after opposing coun...sel sent documents pertaining to the business’s payroll taxes in which his client was not responsible for preparing as the business had an in-house CPA that handled those matters. From that point on Mr. Clarke treated his client as if they were a criminal and completely disregarded the initial issue brought to him & failed to further promptly communicate with his client after client communicated that they wanted to focus on initial matter he was retained for. After retaining new counsel after spending 5 Thousand dollars on his services his former client was able to have the matter settled within 30 days of retaining new counsel and for full monetary amount in which they were owed. Again do not hire Mr. Clark unless you want to waste time endlessly sending letters between counsel wasting thousands of dollars in the process.
