Darwyn Levon Easley

I was very lucky to have a friend highly recommend Mr. Easley for my case. Mr. Easley had won a criminal case for my friend as well. Mr. Easley is a true professional. He handled my case with confidence and ease. He knows the law and used his knowledge to win my case. I was charged with assault ...and the end result was a dismissal! Mr. Easley was a true blessing for me. Mr. Easley quickly responded to my phone calls or emails and answered my questions thoroughly and honestly. I got charged with running a stop sign and poss of Mary Jane. From the beginning I felt violated and stereotyped as a young black man. I've lived almost free of racism my entire life. This was shocking being from Northern Virginia. I bartend part time in an area that isn't overly diverse but as I sai...d I just never experienced this. Two nights in a row I was pulled over not a block from my job. Two of the same officers were present each time. I didn't think it was a coincidence. Both times I was searched. The second time the officer pulls a small pebble of Mary Jane from my trunk. It wasnt even a .1 of a gram. I tried to explain that the officers searched this same exact car twice in 2 days. But given that the officer driving wasnt the same it didnt matter. Not implying they planted it because I dont know that and didn't see that. Fortunately i hired Mr. Easley. All my charges were dismissed and I felt like justice prevailed. Easley is a great communicator and pays close attention to detail when you relay your story. What he pulled off for me is anything but a miracle. I was in the middle of a background check for a promotion at my full time job. This situation was absolutely critical for me. I did have to complete some community service and clean drugs screens etc. I was happy too complete them and in my own way earn redemption. Charges like these ruin kids futures and hurt their professional opportunities down the line. I'm blessed to have had him represent me and have already recommended him to people.

I hired Mr. Easley to represent me on a misdemeanor charge. From the very FIRST time I spoke with him, he reassured me that everything was going to be fine, the things I was fearful of the outcome being, Mr. Easley assured me that what I was fearing wouldn't happen. From my first phone call with him,... after hanging up. I felt a sense of relief, like a heavy load was lifted. He kept me up to date on things about my case leading up to our day in court, even the night before he checked in on me just to see how I was and that meant a lot to me. Yesterday was our day in court, and EVERYTHING he said would happen, happened. He got my charge dropped down, my biggest fear that I had, DIDN'T happen!!! I walked out with a lesser charge and I'm please with that and so is my family. When I say Mr. Easley is a man of integrity! Trust me, he is!! He walked in yesterday, knowing we was fine! and that's exactly how we walked out, FINE! I am GRATEFUL! I would ALWAYS recommend to ANYONE, if you are looking to hire a lawyer, GO WITH MR. EASLEY, someone who's not only knowledgeable, but genuine and caring for his clients, not out just for your money, but you can tell he genuinely cares for his clients, their case and outcome. He will let you know upfront what to expect and you have to love that! He was also always reachable via his cell phone, work phone and email Thank You Mr. Easley!!!. :-)

This is my 2nd time using Mr. Easley in both my DUI cases and he did not disappoint. This last case, which was my 2nd offense, had a mandatory jail sentence of 30 days and drivers license suspended for 3 years but he was able to negotiate with prosecutors and got it knocked down to a 1st offense, no ...jail time with license only suspended for 12 months. He’s an excellent lawyer and takes time to explain exactly what your charges mean and what he can do for your case. He knows the law and will do whatever possible to help your case. I would definitely recommend him!
