I rarely ever post a review but feel I would be remiss without giving a big shout out for attorney Carl Schoenherr ( CJ). I ended up working with CJ well over 3 yrs, as my case was delayed by pandemic and other factors. CJ is truly a dedicated advocate , very confident, honest and always kind . H...e possesses natural situational awareness and emotional intelligence. I always felt like I was in the loop with the process as a whole. CJ consistently addressed my questions and concerns in straightforward, layman's terms with a lot of patience. Some aspects of my case were managed by paralegal Anna Gatz. Anna was so nice, pleasant and very helpful guiding me with all the critical administrative details . My emails and phone calls were always answered in a timely manner by both CJ and Anna. Most important, I remain very pleased with my final result and feel very confident my $$ were used well. I would not hesitate to recommend CJ and this firm . I greatly appreciate the excellent service I was provided during a very difficult, challenging time.

More then a year ago, I was shocked and wounding what is going to happen to me as I am from different county and going through tough and dark divorce. I was lucky enough to talk to CJ Carl. In the hardest time of my life, I've got lucky to be represented in the court of Fairfax VA by the best lawyers ever ! This is Gerald Curran, Carl “CJ” Schoenherr, Melissa Rose, Delshawn Y. Ray. They worked together as a team to save my Daughter. My Daughter was in dangerous to be taken away from me ...by my ex wife parents (my ex had mental problems), they hired secretly one of the best lawyers in the area to make sure they will win. The opposite counsel was David Clerk, smart lawyer but was not nice of him to listening my ex and apply in the court for sole custody of my 3 years old daughter. For people who don't know what is to go in the court without a lawyer i will advice never go without a lawyer, otherwise the judge won't ask you even your name, you will automatically lose the case even if you are right in the same case. And hiring an experienced lawyer like Gerald Curran and Carl Schoenherr is mandatory in order to win or too keep the case under legal control and representation in the court.
