I was referred to Broderick Dunn by a local attorney and friend, and she undoubtedly guided me to the right person. In a very emotional state, having been bullied and pushed out of my job after a long career, I found Mr. Dunn and his staff to be exceptional from start to finish. While Broderick didn’t do anything unethical or criminal while working for us, he was sloppy. He regularly mixed up details of the case in front of opposing counsel, forgot key details we wanted included, and told us obtaining certain evidence was important, but then didn’t use it when we provided it.... When we expressed dissatisfaction with his work, he did not take it well, and talked at length about his personal difficulties finding a work-life balance. We allowed him to continue with our case, but his performance did not improve. Needless to say, we won’t be going back, and recommend a more experienced attorney.
