I cannot recommend Broderick Dunn due to a lack of professionalism and questionable billing practices. Throughout my case, I struggled to get basic updates as calls were ignored and appointments were missed. When we did finally connect, the sessions were brief, yet the invoices reflected a full ho...ur of time for 15-minute conversations. Beyond the administrative issues, his demeanor was unsettling; he appeared more focused on maintaining a rapport with the opposing attorney than fighting for my case. If you want an attorney who is responsive and puts your interests first, look elsewhere.

Broderick represented me against a large corporation when I was sexually assaulted. Due to the delicate nature of the case, I was hesitant to consult an attorney in the first place. He was discreet, compassionate, and an incredible advocate on my behalf. While Broderick didn’t do anything unethical or criminal while working for us, he was sloppy. He regularly mixed up details of the case in front of opposing counsel, forgot key details we wanted included, and told us obtaining certain evidence was important, but then didn’t use it when we provided it.... When we expressed dissatisfaction with his work, he did not take it well, and talked at length about his personal difficulties finding a work-life balance. We allowed him to continue with our case, but his performance did not improve. Needless to say, we won’t be going back, and recommend a more experienced attorney.

Broderick Dunn was the bright spot of a series of very challenging legal situations that my wife and I found ourselves in with two corrupt home builders.
