I first worked with Ash on our case beginning in 2015. Hardly an “easy case”, Ash was patient and unflappable when it came to his acute understanding and conviction of the right and wrong side of the law, along with dealing with a client who had little exposure to the legal system. Ash distilled the case down to the empirical facts, developed a flexible legal strategy, and over two years executed a plan that ended with a favorable jury verdict. Ash was instrumental in my defense in a case earlier this year. He did a great job preparing - not just the background and legal bits that a good attorney should - but also preparing me to take the stand. We spent time going over the hard facts of the case, and when my date came up we were ready. ... While I was aware that anything can happen in court, any fears I might've had were put to rest in short order. Thanks to Ash's knowledge of the law, it was over and I effectively won before I could even be called to testify. About a year ago, I was lost with trying to find a way to bring a foreign law suit to United States. Going through several dozens of lawyers for several years, I've encountered Ash through the last click on the list, BOY! Wasn't that the best CLICK I've had in years. We've gone through total of 2... trials and all of them were a success! Me being young and my mother being a foreigner, It wasn't the best chemistry for communication, but somehow it worked out well! During our first meeting to discuss my reckless by speed charge (94/55), Mr. Dean expertly outlined our pre-trial strategy and the probable results I could expect based on his experience. When I was pulled over, the Police Officer explained that "jailtime was a distinct possibility." I had also read ...that individuals are often given one day of jail for every mile over 90mph in the county of my incident. My bad driving record would not help. At court, Mr. Dean displayed his trustworthiness at a crucial point by suggesting we continue the case even though that would require an additional uncompensated appearance from him. As as a result of his patience and strategy I did not serve any jail time and recieved far better results than I expected. I highly recommend Mr. Dean for traffic defense and suspect that he fares well in his other areas of law.
