I was referred to Ash Dean to stop a foreclosure on our property -- a foreclosure that was triggered by the lender returning our payments and then asserting we were in default. Ash successfully stopped not only the first foreclosure but also the next four as the lender refused to accept payments and... repeatedly asserted varying amounts that were allegedly due. Ash filed a complaint for breach of contract and initiated discovery requests asking the lender to account for how it reached its statements of default.
