Frank Benvenuto

Last summer while on vacation at the beach we experienced a parents worse nightmare, a phone call at 2 AM that our son was arrested on an alcohol related charge. We went right to the Yellow Pages and saw Franks ad along with other lawyers. Franks ad said he was from OC and worked there for many years.... At 6 AM I called several lawyers and left a voice mail message. When I called Franks emergency number HE ANSWERED.I was impressed. It was 6 AM and he took the call personally. He said he would take the case and to meet him at his office at 9 AM. He then told us all the procedural steps that would be followed before our son would be released in the morning and not to worry. He told us he would make calls on our sons behalf to people in the processing system an tell them he was representing our son and for us to pick up our Son at the court/jail and come to his office at 9 AM. A ton of relief flowed over us as we drove to get our son. At Franks office he explained the entire process and his plan of action to represent our son. He then spoke to our son man to man about how foolish his actions were and how potentially damaging charges like the ones he faced could be to him now and on his future career choices. He took off the gloves and got our Sons attention. Bottom line Frank was able to get the charges held in abeyance for 6 months while our son preformed 50 hours of community service, and attended 6 months of alcohol counseling. With these activities and clean record after six months the charges were dropped. While the outcome was great, what was even more comforting was that FRANK KNEW EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. There were no surprises. He is knowledgeable and knows the system and the players and they know him. He is well know in the OC legal system and well respected. Frank is the consummate attorney. He is totally open and honest. He understands the Law and has a great reputation. He under promises and over delivers. He is calming yet candid and his results are right on target or beyond. I would use him again without hesitation and I would recommend him without reservation.
