Let me just start by saying that frank and his team went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. The outcome of my case was nothing short of miraculous. I had been charged with 4+ charges ranging from D.U.I, CDS possession NOT marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident, and multiple weapon...s charges. Needles to say it was not my best night and with my current criminal record which sadly includes 2 felonies and not to mention the felony parole I am currently on and was at the time I obtained these new charges I was obviously extremely nervous on how this would all work out but I put my trust into frank and his team and thank god I did. Thanks to them #1 I am not serving any jail time I walked out of the courtroom a free man. #2 EVERY SINGLE CHARGE ACCEPT FOR 1 was completely dismissed. The one charge that i had remaining was DUI. Unfortunately the state wanted some jail time and probation at the very minimum for that last charge of DUI, now please keep in mind that this alone would have been an outstanding result with all the evidence that was against me and my prior criminal record…. BUT somehow frank and his team yet again worked their magic and not only was no jail time issued, only a “probation before judgement” and 40 hours of community service and to top it all off I was pled NOT GUILTY on that last remaining charge as well. They have done nothing short of saving my life as I now know it today and thanks to them it will be staying that way. I have dealt with quite a few lawyers in my life and many much more expensive than what frank and his team charged me for their services and they BY FAR put much more work and effort into resolving this issue for me than any other attorney I have worked with you will not find anyone to work harder for you at getting the best result possible and apparently even beyond that as he did for me. In my opinion If you are in a legal bind it would simply be a mistake not to go straight to franks office and hire him immediately you too will thank yourself for doing so just as I am still doing to this day. To end this review I just want to say to frank and his whole team THANK YOU GUYS! You more than kept your word to me from the beginning that you would fight for the best resolution in my case and achieved something far better than I ever imagined possible. I could go on and on with all the other little things they helped me worked through in this process but I simply don’t have the space to list it all. Mr.Benvenuto is an OUTSTANDING lawyer. He was able to have ALL my charges dropped. In a very quick amount of time. So I got ticketed for poseesion of a little weed (less than 10 grams to be exact). What would be a minor legal matter for most, would be a BIG legal matter for me, affecting my professional license (and my ability to earn a living!). I was charged with possession of Marijuana/Hash in Ocean City, Maryland. I had over an ounce on my possession. I had passed out on the curb and was woken up by cops. I gave all my information to the cops. The cop then asked to search me and I said no. He then illegally searched me saying he could see... a small jar through my basketball shorts.
