Male, mid 30's, and to risk sounding cliche, "I do not normally write reviews". However, in this circumstance, I find myself obligated to do so in as honest and sincere a way as possible as a means to be a service. The service I would hope to provide is to guide others who may have found themselves... on the wrong side of the system and in a "nightmare scenario" so as to direct them the correct way. Last summer, I found myself in a predicament in which I was involved in an incident at a hotel which landed me charges with the State of Maryland. Again, in my 30s, I have always strove to do the right thing; I served in the Army and spent years in a civil service job with no prior record. However, as we too often do for ourselves, I may have been caught up in the perspective of it never happening to myself. Several bad choices and a mess later and I was struggling to figure out how to save my career while navigate the stressors and situation I had found myself in. Being from out of state and a couple thousand dollars bail later, I was finally home and frantically searching for legal representation without any clue as to how to proceed with my situation. Through the process, from the beginning to the end, Frank honestly and sincerely guided and articulated how the legal case would go. Coming from an experienced background, I found in conclusion of my case that everything he had stated in his guidance and truthfulness in regards to how to proceed had come true. The results of my case were better than could have been expected; not only was I found not guilty, I was acquitted of the charges.

Let me just start by saying that frank and his team went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. The outcome of my case was nothing short of miraculous. I had been charged with 4+ charges ranging from D.U.I, CDS possession NOT marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident, and multiple weapon...s charges. Needles to say it was not my best night and with my current criminal record which sadly includes 2 felonies and not to mention the felony parole I am currently on and was at the time I obtained these new charges I was obviously extremely nervous on how this would all work out but I put my trust into frank and his team and thank god I did. Thanks to them #1 I am not serving any jail time I walked out of the courtroom a free man. #2 EVERY SINGLE CHARGE ACCEPT FOR 1 was completely dismissed. The one charge that i had remaining was DUI. Unfortunately the state wanted some jail time and probation at the very minimum for that last charge of DUI, now please keep in mind that this alone would have been an outstanding result with all the evidence that was against me and my prior criminal record…. BUT somehow frank and his team yet again worked their magic and not only was no jail time issued, only a “probation before judgement” and 40 hours of community service and to top it all off I was pled NOT GUILTY on that last remaining charge as well. They have done nothing short of saving my life as I now know it today and thanks to them it will be staying that way. I have dealt with quite a few lawyers in my life and many much more expensive than what frank and his team charged me for their services and they BY FAR put much more work and effort into resolving this issue for me than any other attorney I have worked with you will not find anyone to work harder for you at getting the best result possible and apparently even beyond that as he did for me. In my opinion If you are in a legal bind it would simply be a mistake not to go straight to franks office and hire him immediately you too will thank yourself for doing so just as I am still doing to this day. To end this review I just want to say to frank and his whole team THANK YOU GUYS! You more than kept your word to me from the beginning that you would fight for the best resolution in my case and achieved something far better than I ever imagined possible. I could go on and on with all the other little things they helped me worked through in this process but I simply don’t have the space to list it all. Mr. Benvenuto and his assistant Jenny are absolutely the best! We were able to speak to Mr. Benvenuto over the phone on a Sunday morning soon after we called for help on a fake ID charge, we were totally surprised by his 24-7 availability! Frank and Jenny then started to work on the case promptly and... successfully secured a Nolle Proseque (case dismissed). Frank's fee structure was transparent and reasonable, and Jenny was very prompt in replying to our emails, usually within minutes. I hired Frank to assist with 2 misdemeanour charges from back in 2012. I was a teenager travelling in America and made a silly mistake. Frank listen to my side of the events and immediately began to investigate. He clearly told me the options and potential outcomes. I am not living in America so it m...akes everything a little more complex to handle. Frank gave me all the time I needed and ensured I was informed on each step.
