Mr. Benvenuto and his assistant Jenny are absolutely the best! We were able to speak to Mr. Benvenuto over the phone on a Sunday morning soon after we called for help on a fake ID charge, we were totally surprised by his 24-7 availability! Frank and Jenny then started to work on the case promptly and... successfully secured a Nolle Proseque (case dismissed). I hired Frank to assist with 2 misdemeanour charges from back in 2012. I was a teenager travelling in America and made a silly mistake. All I can say is it was my first time ever being in trouble with the law. I was terrified. Gotta love OC when there is a bar every few steps and the expectation of police there is ridiculous. I wasn’t driving and probably should have been taken to a hospital... here nor there a police officer found ...me in a parking lot(I have no memory of the event) anyway i was arrested and charged. I went with frank as my lawyer. I am soooo glad I did. OC is wayyyy over the top once you get in that system. Frank stayed by me the entire time.
