I received a DUI in Ocean City MD during Bike Week. After checking the Avvo site for a lawyer I found Frank. I gave him a call and Frank reassured me that he would do the best he could to make it all work out for the best. Jenn in Frank’s office was also very helpful and reassuring. When Frank felt that he might not be the right fit for the prosecutor that was handling the case, he brought in another lawyer who had a great rapport with the prosecutor, he did this with no additional cost to us. This shows that Frank has the best interest of the client at heart. The day of the hearing the new lawyer and the prosecutor worked out a probation before judgement deal that saved my license and job. It was the best outcome I could have hoped for. I am very grateful to the whole team for all their hard work and compassion. Frank has been practicing for many years and has numerous contacts in Ocean City which is always an asset. I want to say when I intentionally meant with Mr. Benvenuto in regards to my son's 2nd DWI, I left the office not feeling warm and fuzzy.
