Frank went above and beyond as my lawyer. More than I could have ever expected. He is extremely honest, and informed me of every possible option as well as what was likely to happen on my court date. It's nice to know what's going to happen before hand so you can get your affairs in order. His as...sistant, Jennifer, is wonderful. She fielded my calls 24/7, even on weekends. I was charged with possession of Marijuana/Hash in Ocean City, Maryland. I had over an ounce on my possession. I had passed out on the curb and was woken up by cops. I gave all my information to the cops. The cop then asked to search me and I said no. He then illegally searched me saying he could see... a small jar through my basketball shorts. When I spoke with Frank about this, he made me feel very comfortable and he was very understanding and very confident. The day of my trail Frank just made a deal with the prosecutor and I got off with 20 hours of community service. I would definitely recommend Frank to anyone and everyone. Even though I had priors in the state that I live in. He still managed to work something out with the prosecutor and got me off. Frank is very well known around the whole court house and is also well known with the cops. Any kind of offense in Ocean City, Maryland. I would hire Frank to represent me in every case.

I hired Frank based on the reviews I had found online and I was very pleased with the outcome. Frank has been in this business for 24 years and it certainly shows. He knows all of the judges in the area and he knows the states attorney well enough to know the right moves/plea to ensure you get the b...est outcome possible. I had a drunk night out and ended up in the wrong condo...got into a small altercation with owner based on me being confused and in the wrong condo unit. The police that arrived on the scene charged me with 3rd and 4th degree burglary and public endangerment. Through a preliminary hearing before court Frank was able to get the worst of the charges, the 3rd degree burglary charge, completely removed before court in order to keep the case in district court. A month later on the actual day of court, he got the second burglary charge dropped and on the intoxicated endangerment misdemeanor I received PBJ for a year. I was very pleased with this outcome and would highly recommend Frank to anyone who got into an alcohol related incident in OC! His assistant Jennifer is very pleasant and they both stay in contact with you via phone or email throughout the process. He charges a flat fee for district court and is not the cheapest guy in town but I believe his friendly demeanor with the states attorney and judges goes a long way to ensuring you receive a 'friendly' outcome.

I hired Mr. Benvenuto after an arrest in July. He was very professional and was very clear about the possible verdicts stemming from my case. He was able to have most of my charges thrown out before we went to trial and was able to have my verdict so that once I finish my commitment to the government... my charges would all be non-criminal so that when my debt is paid I am still employable and will be able to have my charges expunged. And in the end that was my greatest concern remaining employable and he recognized that and made that our mission.
