Please read!!!! I was in the same situation you are in right now looking for a lawyer back in August 2017! I went to ocmd for a bachelor party and left with over 6 criminal charges and a night in jail. Drinking all day and night can lead to very poor decision making it turns out. Mr. Caldwell suffered a heart attack two weeks before my court date, March 2018. Words cannot express the type of people these two men are. They know everyone in the ocean city area. They have been there forever and are well respected by everyone. I wound up getting probation before judgement, which means I’ll be able to get everything expunged and off my record in a couple years. What you are going through right now is terrible, I know firsthand! Do not let one incident in your life define you as a person. Everyone makes mistakes learn from it and drive on. Frank and his assistant, Mrs. Jennifer were hands down the most helpful, kindest people I’ve met. I got pulled over for my first (and last of course) dui, and was so concerned of what could be the outcome. Not only did they reassure me whenever I needed it but they took care of everything I needed fo...r court. All I had to do was show up. Frank is very experienced and knows pretty much everyone at the Court house. From the judge, to the states attorney, to the police officers.
