About Karen

Biography

It's not hard to find a good family law attorney; it's hard to find one who is invested in helping you do what works for you and your family.

Your children are the single most important thing in your life. We help you make plans for them in their best interests.

Divorce is painful; working with a divorce attorney shouldn't be.

The best decisions are the ones you make yourself. Mediation and parent coordination are processes that let you do just that.

completely satisfied highly recommend!

Going through a divorce is a very stressful ordeal. I recommend her, she is very hands on and takes the time to explain things. There were no surprises she is very well-versed!

Amazing!

Karen is amazing. She is extremely professional and level headed and can move your case forward without unnecessary drama and expense. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent and is conscientious in handling the case in the manner her client wants it handled. She was very flexible and willing... to suggest methods that would save money where possible rather than just running up a bill. I hired Karen after working with another attorney who was not able to make any progress in my case and Karen was able to efficiently work with the opposing attorney to reach an agreement and conclude the case. I am extremely grateful for Karen's expertise and effectiveness and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing legal assistance for a separation/ divorce or any other legal matter.

Miss

Karen was outstanding. She was with me through-out the process. She explained things very clearly. Told me what I should bring to every appointment; what we should fight for and what to leave alone. Her staff was impeccably organized.

Karen was a rock in a very difficult time in my life

She always kept me grounded, Focused on what was real and important and what did not matter. As you are going thru a divorce you can very easily get caught up in the little things that make your blood boil. I had conversations with Karen where she had to get "real" with me and help me remember what r...eally matters. She focused on my goals and what I needed to get out of the divorce. She was a blessing, Her knowledge of the law is amazing. Very Happy with my results.

Review of Karen Robbins

I hired Karen on a recommendation from another attorney. I found Karen to be honest and ethical and fair. She is also tough and assertive. She sees the "big picture" and will tell you what is possible and what is not possible, what is reasonable to expect and what is not. I felt genuinely cared ...for - not only from her, but also her office staff. She is experienced and knows the other attorneys and those that work in the court system. She has a great reputation. I went in the courthouse to file papers and I needed to ask directions. The clerk wanted to know who my attorney was and when I told her "Karen Robbins", she grinned from ear to ear and told me what a great person she is and a great attorney. I also enjoyed reading her blog (and still do!). I felt like I really got to know her through reading it, what her thought processes are, and the sound advice she gives to those of us going through this terrible time. Having said that, you DO have to be your own advocate - make sure you read over everything carefully and that all that was agreed to is included in your documentation.

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
