I represent individuals and organizations in negotiations, transactions, and litigation, with practice concentrations in family law, business organizations, community associations, local government and alternative dispute resolution.

An experienced mediator in matters of divorce and separation, custody, estate and trust disputes, and business workouts and disputes, I am qualified as a Collaborative Law practitioner and Parenting Coordinator.
I am honored to represent the Towns of Sharpsburg, Clear Spring and Hancock, Maryland, and several local condominium and homeowners' associations.

Justice Was Served
Mr. Kane obtained a financial settlement against an a dishonest employer who attempted to cheat my wife of money due her. He was completely truthful, diligent and forthright in the execution of his duties.
