Really? Every review was a 5 Star? Initially, yes, Z Family Law starts out a 5 Star. A firm liaison reaches out to you skilled in building rapport. You think to yourself, "wow, here is a firm that sticks by their billing and invests in the client's success as their own." In short order however, you b...egin to see your confidence crumble. A firm lawyer will show at your initial meeting ill-prepared, but will not hesitate to bill you a full-hour for "preparing legal strategy" before the meeting. Perhaps, they needed time to rehearse their "maybe's" or their "we could try's" or their "I'm not sure's". After this first and only 20 minute meeting with one of their lawyers I was billed over $2,000! In short, steer clear unless it is your hobby to pay for another person's BMW, mortgage, or next vacation for zero to little service in return.
