Biography
I handle workers' compensation, automobile accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, traffic, and DUI/DWI cases. As a former prosecutor and former insurance defense attorney, I was able to gain a unique perspective of how the other side operates in a case. I bring those experiences to the table when I represent clients with criminal, DUI, or traffic charges or clients who have sustained injuries as a result of another's negligence.
I am also a trained mediator. This experience allows me to better represent clients who are ordered to participate in mediation. It also allows me to evaluate a potential case and recognize when litigation is not the best course of action for a client.
