Great lawyer and better man

I hired Richard as my lawyer in March because I was a victim of a brutal assault, and had alot of hospital bills. He got that issue resolved quickly. I then had to hire him to represent me on some very serious drug charges. I got hosed by a dirty friend in a traffic stop. I was lost and depressed. I... thought my life was over. I was very scared for my future and well being. I asked him try to keep my sentence between 2-3 years. I thought it would be too easy for a judge to throw the book at me because of my past. But Richard wouldnt let that happen. He immediately assured me that I'll be okay and that he intends for me not to do anytime in jail. I immediately felt comfortable with him as my lawyer. He is a smart and swift guy in the courtroom. He cares truly about his clients and fights to get the best result possible for them. Alot of my friends that have used him, after I told them he was my lawyer they told me I'm in good hands. As a former cop he has alot of expertise alot of lawyers do not have. I don't think too many lawyers could of gotten me a better deal. I was facing ten years in jail. I pled to a misdemeanor and a couple months house arrest. I recommend Richard to all of my friends. Thank you Richard for believing in me and helping me get my life back on track. He is also a great friend to his clients. He fought for me and for that I'm thankful!

Excellent lawyer

Mr Simmons was able to get my dui reduced to a lesser dwi with a probation before judgment and got me a work restriction on my drivers license suspension with the mva administrative judge. He's very thorough and im pleased with his service

So glad I put my trust in him!

I hired Mr.Simmons earlier this year and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, hard work and willingness to go above and beyond. Over the course of 7 months that I had been in contact with Mr.Simmons I was treated with respect and he showed an eagerness to assist me in both my defense ...in court and when I had issues with an out of state Probation Period. He's a straight shooter, exceptionally knowledgeable and a great communicator. He was wonderful at getting back to me in a timely manner if he missed my call. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer!

Professional, Reliable, Punctual

Mr. Simmons was extremely helpful with my traffic case in and out of court. He made things very easy to understand and the entire process was much more comfortable with him.

Highly responsible and proactive lawyer

Attorney Simmons cleared a case for me in which Sears charged me for store lifting while I carried some clothes out of the Sears store due to negligence. Attorney Simmons took care of the matter for me in a professional manner with clear guidance, planning and prompt action. His proficiency in la...w practice is remarkable and respectable.
