Veteran - of the insurance wars.

Auto insurance claims are inherently adversarial, and you want someone who knows how the game is played. Rich is a veteran hitter who understands companies, adjusters, vendors, etc. His no-nonsense approach coupled with a sense of urgency yields results. He knows the limits allowed by law, which allo...wed me to know what a realistic settlement looks like. His navigation resulted in a settlement that represented the maximum recoverable in a case like mine. I was kept informed and he was always easy to reach.

Straight shooter!

I retained Richard Simmons to represent me after I was pulled over for an alleged DUI. I loved his straight, no nonsense approach. He stated his fee up front, I paid it and didn’t pay anything else…and six months passed between my arrest and my court date. At my hearing, he went over the dash cam foo...tage and questioned the arresting officer on police tactics and procedures. He proved, rather quickly , that there was no legal reason to have pulled me over. The state argued otherwise, but the judge agreed with Mr. Simmons and the case was thrown out. As I’ve never had any priors, not even a speeding ticket, this was the most stressful period I’ve experienced in my life. Richard literally lifted a massive weight off my chest. He shoots straight with his clients AND in the court room. Watching him work his expertise in the court was amazing. He knows his stuff. I would highly recommend retaining Richard Simmons should you need legal help.

Top Notch Service

Mr. Simmons provided his services with regards to a DUI charge I received. Upon our initial conversation he provided me with great advice that helped get the most favorable outcome. He was always prompt to answer questions and concerns and answer calls and texts about the matter. He provided variou...s options on how to move forward and demonstrated his knowledge and experience in the courtroom. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, I know who I am going to call!
