So glad I put my trust in him!

I hired Mr.Simmons earlier this year and I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, hard work and willingness to go above and beyond. Over the course of 7 months that I had been in contact with Mr.Simmons I was treated with respect and he showed an eagerness to assist me in both my defense ...in court and when I had issues with an out of state Probation Period. He's a straight shooter, exceptionally knowledgeable and a great communicator. He was wonderful at getting back to me in a timely manner if he missed my call. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer!

Excellent Attorney - Would attain again

Mr. Simmons provide me with the best legal support and knowledge in my case with a car accident. I was found not guilty. I was so glad I had him with me the day we went to court. He is an excellent attorney.

Highly responsible and proactive lawyer

Attorney Simmons cleared a case for me in which Sears charged me for store lifting while I carried some clothes out of the Sears store due to negligence. Attorney Simmons took care of the matter for me in a professional manner with clear guidance, planning and prompt action. His proficiency in la...w practice is remarkable and respectable. He is an attorney that I would recommend highly to anyone in need.

Excellent Lawyer

After getting my first DUI I was very upset and discouraged. After meeting with Rich all my worries were at ease. He gave me the best legal advice and encouraged me to be proactive in getting into a treatment program before court. Rich was always there and quickly available to answer any questions or... concerns of mine. By the time we went to court I was not nervous at all, Rich was professional in the court room and helped to get me the very best possible outcome. I know I will always contact Richard Simmons if I ever need legal counsel again. Thanks Rich!

Richard Simmons - Highly recommended

Albeit, the case Mr. Simmons oversaw for my son was small in comparison to other cases, he did a great job. He was thorough and knowledgeable and we were completely surprised by the outcome of the case. I would highly recommend him to other individuals in need of a trustworthy lawyer.
