Exceptional Attorney

I highly recommend Richard Simmons. He has represented me over the last nine years. I was pleased with the results each time I needed legal counsel, both in and out of the courtroom, for legal issues involving divorce and custody, landlord-tenant, and traffic. Most recently he successfully defended ...me in court, resulting in a Not Guilty verdict and avoided any points issued against my driver’s license. Richard Simmons has successfully navigated me through all my legal issues and has helped to make each situation anxiety free. I fully trust him to champion my interests.

The Right Man for the Job

Richard Simmons is a top rate attorney and has the knowledge and experience that you want at your side when your in the courtroom setting. His handling of my cases has been nothing less than exceptional. His consultation with my DUI case was unmatched from the beginning. With it not being my first DU...I, the matter was already an unnerving experience to start. Having his counsel and advise was the difference between having a fair outcome in court to an exceptional one. He presents himself with a confidence and consideration that puts ones mind at ease that not only was he the best suited to represent me but I was not just another client to help him make ends meet. So anyone looking for legal representation should look no further, he is as stated above, the right man for the job.

Excellent Attorney

Richard Simmons is an excellent attorney and I would highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done for my case as well as patient with any and all questions I had. He worked hard to get the best outcome for me. Thank you again Rich for everything!

Integrity, great insticts, and an excellent command of the law

Richard represented one of my children in an alcohol related case. I saw him in action. He walked her through what seemed to be a maze, kept her calm and on point. I contacted Richard to represent me in a case that required an attorney that was level headed, good instincts of the human response a...nd a good command of the law as it applied to my case. Both cases ended with a favorable outcome. I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend

Mr. Simmons was were response to my inquiries. He was very knowledgeable of the DWI DUI law related to my situation. And he sufficiently prepared me which resulted in a positive outcome.
