Top Professional Lawyer

So, when looking for a Lawyer to take my Personal Injury case I came across this man here 'Richard Simmons' with an excellent background and great recommendations. He not only was willing to take my case, but was to ensure me that he was going to do everything in his power to take care of me and make... this situation right. Richard was on top of things from the start, in regarding to my case faster than I expected and got the job done within a timely manner! Richard Simmons: Excellent Representation!

Richard was recommended to us by another attorney, due to his strong reputation for cases like mine. We hired Richard to handle my case based on this recommendation. My case was seemingly impossible to get a positive outcome. Richard understood the situation, laid out a clear and solid plan th...at would not only help my standing in court, but also helped me grow as an individual. He always conveyed a positive attitude and provided me with our status details, whether it was good news or bad. Richard had a game plan ready to address all scenarios the prosecutor could play out. He was ready. We faced an aggressive prosecutor, but Richard was very skillful throughout the hearing. He has a clear and immense understanding of the law, the courtroom, and the opponent. I felt very confident with Richard defending me. I ended up with the best possible outcome. Richard understands bad things can happen to good people, and his goal is to get you back on track. Highly Recommend

Richard worked on my case for a DWI charge and did a great job at every aspect. He eased my mind throughout the process and knew exactly how to handle the sensitive situation. At the end of the trial I was very pleased with the result and the handling of the case to get closure for myself and all par...ties involved. He did a great job in the courtroom to restore my credibility as a good person and as someone who made a huge mistake. He did not view me as just a client but he was genuine and upfront about everything. I highly recommend Richard.

Top Not Lawyer

I hired Rich for a DUI charge. He was very detailed and knew the small things that would help or hinder. I was extremely comfortable from my first meeting. I could call at anytime. If he was unavailable he would let me know and get back to me ASAP. He is an all around good guy.
