Richard Simmons - Highly recommended

Albeit, the case Mr. Simmons oversaw for my son was small in comparison to other cases, he did a great job. He was thorough and knowledgeable and we were completely surprised by the outcome of the case. I would highly recommend him to other individuals in need of a trustworthy lawyer.

Best lawyer. Mr. Richard Simmions

Mr.simmions is a great person & even better lawyer. He is very professional from beginning to the end. He was also really great at keeping me informed on everything going on during my case. He was also really good at explaining every option I had in my case. The case ended in the best outcome for me ...all thanks to Mr. Simmions. I would definitely recommend Mr. Simmions to any one who might need a great lawyer who will fight for exactly what you want. He is bye far the best lawyer I have ever had the privilege of having in court for me and I will definitely use him again if needed.

Topnotch Lawyer

The efficiency with which Richard handles the issues that I've presented him with over the years, has been admirable. Mr . Simmons went above and beyond both in and out of court. He fights like no other for his clients, while keeping them well informed of all options. And the price of his services is very reasonable. If you are in any kind of trouble, I highly recommend you call him.

Richard Simmons is The Real Deal!

I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a DUI in Maryland, but fortunate enough to have found Richard Simmons. With two previous DUI's under my belt, Richard Simmons fought for me on a third. The charges for my third DUI(which was a federal DUI) held very serious consequences. I was facing no less... than a year in jail. I would have lost my job, my license, and school would have been put on hold for a while. Mr. Simmons was a straight shooter, at the same time reassuring me that he would do everything he could to better my situation. Mr. Simmons was very knowledgable about the law and is very helpful in guiding his client in the right direction. He recommended various treatment programs and ways to stay productive before court. He cared about my general well being, which made my trust level for him go up. Any time I needed to talk to him whether it was on the phone or in person, he was readily available. The day of court, it couldn't have gone any better. When it was game time, Mr. Simmons spoke on my behalf with such poise and confidence. The judge ended up modifying my sentencing significantly. No jail time, no halfway house, and I got to keep my license. I also got to keep my job and continue on with school. I am living proof of a miracle thanks to Mr. Simmons. The odds were stacked against me, but trusting in Mr. Simmons was the best move I could have made.
