She is passionate and fearless! She is a no-nonsense, no holds barred attorney. She is unquestionably on your side and will fight for you. She absolutely cares about what is right, especially where children are concerned. For me, she was able to produce a fair agreement between me and my ex-wife. Sh...e was able to see through and counter the ridiculous demands from the other attorney. She will not back down, and she will see your fight through for you.

I went through divorce and post-divorce trial for several years. I changed six (expensive) lawyers as I felt that none of them had any strategy or skill how to fight back against my litigious ex. Then, luckily, I met Gordana. She immediately knew what needed to be done. She had a strategy. She knows ...the law in detail and she knows how to apply it to protect and promote the interest of her client. She takes the interest of her client to her heart. She is intelligent, bold, superbly knowledgeable, honest, strong and doesn't get intimidated or confused by anyone. I recommend her most highly. She is a rare, precious jewel in her profession.

I'd asked so many questions and gotten so many answers...all good, I'm sure, that I was more confused about what to do and how to proceed than when I began. There were so many opinions. But when you get right down to it, a generic answer doesn't really help. I didn't get that from Ms. Schifanelli. ...She didn't shuffle me through a quick blanket answer to my questions...instead, even though we didn't have a attorney/client relationship, she outlined perfectly what I needed to do. She didn't sugar coat anything and she didn't pull any punches. That's what I like and that's what I need, someone who knows the answers to complex situations and isn't afraid to "DEAL WITH" them. I sense she has a good heart and likes to share what she knows with others...you can't learn that from any shcool. It's either in your heart or it's not. Because of her willingness to help me understand, I felt that I could approach the situation from a position of strength, rather than engage the fear factor. She even picked up the phone and called me. And when I say she called, I'm telling you she gave me details and went into specifics over the phone even though I hadn't hired her to do anything. That was very valuable to me and very giving of her. Who has time to do that for a stranger? Who would spend more than a few minutes on the phone with a stranger? Who would care? Gordana Schifanelli, that's who. She educated me about some things that I never heard from anyone else. The bottom line is, she had time for me and she didn't talk about money. That's an important factor, of course. Everyone who works has to get compensated for what they know and what they do. But it wasn't a priority in the conversation(s), which includes emails. I mean, I don't know how she does it, especially in this fast paced lifestyle undoubtedly we all have now a days. However, what I do know is I'd recommend her without a doubt to handle anything for anyone and I will hope to engage her in the near future to help me.
