As a mother of a newborn child, I had so much on my plate to begin with. That was until I realized that I was going to be "battling" for custody. My knowledge of law was sparse, as I had never been in trouble nor had I gone to court for any reason. I felt like I would have to climb an uphill battle t...o educate myself in EVERYTHING. This saves me so much time, money, missed days at work, and anxiety of the constant back and forth of things. She made this possible due to her hard work and dedication to this case. We went from the other party not wanting to agree to anything, to settling with a 50/50 split of custody, the other party dropping all child support I would have to pay, 50% of all costs for our son, and extras I wanted that they were not willing to give at first! I truly hope that no one I know has to go through custody, but if anyone does, I would without a doubt recommend Schifanelli and Associates in a heartbeat!!!
