Gill Cochran

Gill Cochran had handled cases or my mom and my stepdad. When I told them the story they said, "Your lawyer is not fighting for you, and he sounds way to expensive!" My stepdad said, "I'm taking you to see Gill!" Gill Cochran took my case for nearly half of what other attorneys were asking. While... the other attorneys gave me a list of things I needed to do, Gill saw the list and told me, "These are things that I should be doing, as your lawyer. This is what you pay me for!" The other Attorneys had recommended I take a PBJ on the alcohol charge, even though I only got a .06! Gill contacted the States Attorney before the case went to trial, and made things happen behind the scenes. The day of the trial, the judge exclaimed, "You really did you lawyering Mr. Cochran!" Instead of a PBJ on a DWI, I received a PBJ on an open container and one point for unsafe driving. What is more, Mr. Cochran had the alcohol charges thrown out completely! I called Gil based off the reviews on this site. When i first spoke to him, he assured me that he would take care of an arrest warrant in MD as well as get me a speedy trial date, all of which he immediately did. Back in Feb '15, I was pulled over, arrested and charged with DUI, DWI and negligent driving. My arrest was on a Friday evening so I hate to wait until Monday to contact attorney's. I had consultations set up that week with three (3) highly recommended attorney's in the area, Gill Cochran being one... of them. Gill was the last attorney I met with and I knew after spending almost an hour with me, he was who I wanted to represent me in my case. Gill has a vast amount of knowledge in these areas and knew exactly what to do and how to handle my case. I agreed to blow when arrested but after four (4) attempts, the administering officer informed me that I was going to be charged with refusal if not completed. Unfortunately, due to medical conditions, I begrudgingly accepted this and was charged with refusal to blow.
