Gill Cochran

Gill was a calming presence before and during court. He was very up-front and professional, and also I thought his fee was quite reasonable. I had two traffic citations (with potentially hefty points) given to me after a rear-end collision, and I was very nervous about potential outcomes. Fortunately... the police officer declined to testify, so I was found not guilty without Gill needing to try my case. But I would hire him again.

I got in some pretty hefty traffic charges that could impact my job. I found Gill from the reviews here on Avvo. My first meeting with Gill, he showed me some amazing magic tricks to calm my nerves. The meeting was short and he told me "I can't promise you the outcome but I will do my best". Gill is ...determined and told me he would take care of me. I took his suggestion and finished a Driver Improvement program he recommended. I never saw Gill until the day of my trial. Even then I was nervous but Gill just has a way of making you feel like everything is alright. He told me "Don't worry son".. He worked his magic backstage, talked to the cop and got my 5 point speeding, reckless, racing dismissed to only 1 point! Pretty much a slap on the wrist for what it could be. I recommend Gill for all traffic violations!

Mr. Cochran was fantastic in representing me during my trial in Maryland District Traffic Court. He was proactive in defending me which resulted in the judge ruling probation before judgement for my speeding ticket. With the ruling, the points (5 points) were waived. I paid the fine and court cost...s but not having the points on my record was a preferred outcome.

Mr. Cochran handled my case from start to finish, in a clear, precise, cost effective manor. I did not have to travel out of state for my court appearance and and all points were dropped from speeding charge. We never had to meet in person, everything was done over the phone and via email. Last year I got into trouble riding a small ATV on school property (parking lot, not the ball-field areas). I turned to Gill for his great assistance and to represent me, as I was faced with 7 tickets, one being a major 12 point violation. This week in court, Gill did fabulous for me, and settled thi...ngs to just 1 small ticket. I should mention his price was reasonable, and well worth his many years experience. On other occasions, when I was younger and not so wise, Gill provided excellent representation for me in two DUI situations (1995 & 2009), with excellent results.
