Gill Cochran

Our son had sailed with and knew Gill. When he got in trouble he wanted Gill right away. He took the responsibly to contact and hire Gill. Gill worked with our son and us, his parents, throughout the whole ordeal. He kept us informed, always encouraged us to call with questions, and was tenaciou...s about getting the best possible outcome. He worked long and hard with the State’s Attorney and the judge before recommending he plead guilty. That was a very sad day. At the plea hearing, he was found guilty, but not convicted. Instead, the judge gave him Probation Before Judgement (PBJ) with unsupervised probation for two years. This was the best possible outcome and beyond what even Gill expected. The judge commented on just how tenacious and persuasive Gill is as a lawyer. Even the judicial system recognizes the competence of Gill.

Gil represented me for a sentence reconsideration in AA Circuit Court. Don't let that bowtie and cool demeanor fool you, he is brilliant, aggressive, and vicious in the court room. In person he's very good at putting clients and families at ease. Although he keeps expectations realistic he has great ...instincts in the courtroom. Don't be surprised if he shows up to court riding his Scooter!

I can't say enough about my experience with Gill Cochran! Our family was facing a situation that could have resulted in very serious consequences for our son.
