About Robert
Biography
Robert K. “Rob” Jenner founded Jenner Law, P.C. in 2018, focusing his practice on helping individuals and families affected by the harmful conduct of others. His main practice focuses on cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, mass torts, and therapy abuse. What he enjoys most about being a lawyer is continuing his family legacy of social activism and fighting for social justice by representing the underdog – often against large, well-funded institutions.
With over 35 years of experience in the legal industry, Rob is a true career trial lawyer who is empathic and non-judgmental, leading a team-driven approach to every client’s case. His employees have worked with him for 10 years, 17 years, 21 years, and more, cultivating a culture of respect and family in the workplace which translates into superior client relationships and advocacy. He understands representing clients with physical, emotional, and psychological trauma and seeks to ensure they are not victimized again by the legal process after suffering the harm that brought them to his law firm for help.

Rob graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1982. Subsequently, he earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1985, cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts, as well as admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the District of Maryland and District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Rob is honored to have received numerous industry awards and recognitions across his career, including being named “Lawyer of the Year” in Baltimore, MD by Best Lawyers® for Products Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs in 2022, for Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Plaintiffs in 2017 and 2013, and for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs in 2016. Outside of work, Rob is happily married with two adult children, Matthew and Nicole. He is also a Certified Master Scuba Diver with Special Certifications as a Rescue Diver, Wreck Diver, Night Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Deep Diver, and Boat Diver and an amateur underwater photographer.

Replied last July 03, 2023Tara, I’m sorry you believe that you were not treated professionally. Certainly, we try very hard to make sure every prospective client gets the attention he or she deserves. Fortunately, in our firm, we record every contact made with a client. We believe we gave you that attention here. Our case management system shows that you contacted us on June 12 with questions about a potential case. That same day, within 8 minutes, in fact, we called you back and left a voice mail message saying we could not represent you for your concerns. You called back that afternoon asking for more information about why we could not represent you. Fourteen minutes later we called you back and gave you additional insight as to our rationale. On June 21, nine days later, you called us again asking for a status update on your case. That afternoon, we spoke with you again, advising that, as we previously told you, we could not assist you. On June 29, you called again. You spoke with a partner of the firm, who reiterated – again – that we could not assist you with your case. Thus, rather than ignore your concerns, our records demonstrate that we treated you promptly and with respect. We wish you the best in your efforts to find counsel.
