Biography
Victor graduated summa cum laude from Towson University with his Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Juris Doctor with a Concentration in Estate Planning from the University of Baltimore School of Law. After graduating law school, Victor served as a judicial law clerk, and then worked at a large law firm in Baltimore, where he served as a Managing Attorney supervising the daily operations of a legal services program. Currently, he focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and elder law. Victor manages the Estate Administration Department, helping clients when a loved one has passed away and is committed to providing outstanding client service.
