I contacted Ms. Santoni's law office in September when my vehicle started exhibiting symptoms of a lemon. I found that getting a response often took more than a week each time. Additionally, I provided a lot of documentation at their request, but never was given a chance to actually speak with Ms. Sa...

Replied last December 12, 2015I am so sorry for the delays this potential client experienced. Although we get many inquiries from people seeking help, no one should have to wait that long for a response. Although I do not know the identity of this person, we have reviewed our procedures and have made changes to improve response time in the future. I am glad this person found the help needed with another firm.
