My livelihood was basically on the line and thanks to Jeremy's extreme competence and experience I still have it.
One thing I can say about Jeremy, he is vested in his clients. Your legal problems become his own and he will do everything in his power to fight to get you through them as unscathed as legally possible, as he may for a loved one. Meaning, the minimum is not sufficient; he wants the very best for you and will work to think of and/or find any loose ends or things that don't particularly add up that will work in YOUR favor.
But at the same time, he will always give you the full disclosure of ALL potential outcomes (good and bad), whether you want to hear them or not. He does not make promises or guarantees he cannot keep and one he always keeps is he will do his very best.
My case could have been pretty cut and dry against me in so many ways than one but Jeremy was not deterred. He did his research, came to my case fully prepared and skillfully fought the prosecution for my victory. To be honest, he fought so well to the point where it was over so fast I initially didn't even realize what happened. No complaints here.
You rule, Jeremy! Thank you again!

I had a very complicated revoked license case (it started as suspended 8 years ago) that was being heard in Federal Court because of jurisdiction the offense happened in. Only to be further complicated by an must appear ticket in South Carolina (issued 10 years ago), and child support issues.
Jeremy worked very hard communicating with all parts effecting my case. Going in not knowing what to expect, I walked a from my hearing with the best case scenario. I was facing jail time but left there with no jail time and the ability to get my driver's license. No longer am I driving illegally and paranoid. I regret not taking care of this earlier. Thank you Jeremy!

Jeremy and I had a slightly complicated case but he earned my trust by being candid, open and lenient with me knowing how tough things were. Jeremy, not sure if you see this but thank you for defending my case and giving me a second chance at life. You are not forgotten, keep making other lawyers look bad haha. Thanks again from my family and I. May God bless you and keep elevating you.

Jeremy Eldridge is an OUTSTANDING lawyer. I was devastated and VERY worried when I received my first DUI- I knew nothing about the process. From the moment I called Jeremy he put me at ease immediately. Jeremy is the real deal- professional, knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, and confident. He was always available to answer even the most seemingly obvious questions whenever I contacted him throughout the process; he kept me in the loop every step of the way. His communication skills are impeccable on all levels. He will work harder and smarter for you than anyone else. Many thanks to Jeremy for making such a difficult experience as easy as possible.

I was pretty devastated when things did not go my way during a civil trial I attended without counsel, so I needed help with an appeal. After reaching out to about 5 different lawyers, Jeremy was the perfect balance of knowledge, confidence, and zeal. He completely thought out all of the different ways things could go and had a plan for every outcome. Despite a couple of curve balls from the court he was not thrown off by any of the changes that came our way. I will admit I was overly anxious and over analyzed every little thing while asking a million questions and making quite a few suggestions along the way. However, unlike some of the lawyers I spoke to prior who were short, rude, and arrogant, Jeremy was pretty patient and understanding and reassured me he knew what he was doing. I eventually let him do his thing and he was right all along. The other party winded up getting sidetracked and looked very unorganized once Jeremy started crossing him. We won the case, I felt vindicated and I couldn't be more grateful! Hopefully I wont need to, but if something were to come up again in the future I would definitely hire Jeremy again.

I hired Mr. Eldridge to represent me for a federal DUI case at the suggestion of a friend. He is very personable while maintaining a respectable level of professionalism. He is knowledgeable and experienced to the point of being able to successfully estimate the sentence I received. Communicating with Jeremy was easy and I always felt the comfort of knowing what was going with the case thanks to his updates. His presentation and demeanor in court couldn't have been more appropriate. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Jeremy is a great criminal defense lawyer. He treats everyone - his clients, the court, and the state - with a high level of respect, and has earned extremely high respect of them all. I retained him for a DUI charge in Carroll County. He answered every one of my questions, sometimes more than once. He gave me everything I needed to make a good decision and achieve a desirable outcome, and coached me along the way. In my case, the outcome was a plea to the lesser DWI charge in exchange for a PBJ with unsupervised probation and a fine. It sounds easy, but it took some proactive effort on my part, and a lot of effort on his part: navigating the right judge in the right court at the right time, answering more of my questions, and some great negotiation with the State and the Court when the time came.
Jeremy is also very reasonable with his rates and only charges you for the services he performs. For example, he's honest about whether an MVA administrative hearing is worth your time or money for your specific case. I listened to him, opted to take the interlock immediately and waive the MVA hearing, saved myself $750 between his fees and the MVA's, and I will get the interlock removed from my car 2-3 months sooner than had I taken the hearing. He also only charges for circuit court if you choose to appear there. If you add it all up, he's still competitive with the best prices around.
Jeremy is also a nice guy: the kind of person you'd count among friends.
Hire Jeremy, don't wish you had. Heed his advice and let him do what he does best. He's a great lawyer and a great guy.
